When will my order ship?

Most orders placed on business days by 12PM ET ship the same day! After 12PM ET they tend to ship the next business day. On occasion orders can take up to 6 business days or a little longer during really busy times.

International Orders

All duties are included at checkout and paid to your country to allow for more seamless delivery without surprises at the border. What you pay at checkout will be the total cost of your order. We only offer Express International Shipping at this time, due to customer feedback since it's the only fully trackable delivery option that arrives in a timely manner.

Return Policy

Finding the perfect size in new lingerie can be a challenge. That’s why we offer FREE domestic exchanges and returns for store credit - so it's easy to get the right fit and style. Request your return here.

Due to the handmade nature of our garments, we can only accept returns for store credit. Additionally, we do not offer full cash refunds for change of mind or order cancellations. Thanks for understanding and for supporting our small brand!

Your order was fulfilled in the last 30 days
It has not been worn, used, altered, or washed
Any panty styles have been tried on over your own underwear, and stockings have been tried over clean socks
The original packaging is intact and tags are attached
It is not marked as final sale or has a price ending in .99
We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet this criteria

Once your request is approved, you will receive a shipping label via email. We ask that you please ship your return back to us within 7 days of the return approval date. Returns postmarked more than 7 days after the return approval date will not be accepted.
Exchanges and instant credits will process automatically

International Returns:

We kindly suggest international customers contact with any sizing questions before placing their order. Our returns center does not allow international returns. If you need to request a return outside of the United States, please contact customer service at care@uyesurana.com. Shipping fees are at the buyer's expense and duties are non refundable.

Our sustainable printing doesn't waste excess water or dyes unlike traditional dying processes, which take a heavy toll on our waterways. Our printed styles use a technology that allows us to transfer prints without the use of water and excess dyes.

Combined with our durable anti-rip material, so prints are protected against rips and runs.

Longer-Life Lingerie

Your lingerie is made in small batches, so no style is overproduced.

Still the best yet

I have been buying from Uye Surana for a while now. Their stockings never fail me. Wore them today ALL day for a Valentines Day outing with my husband and daughter, they stayed up all day, didn't sag, and were comfortable and breathable!
If it helps anyone for sizing I would be a true S/M if that size existed. Today I wore a M/L for extra move and comfort. For shorter days the XS/S work well for me too. I am 5'2 and a size 6-8 pant. They are not stretchy so if you have wide calves or thighs sizing up works best!

Favorite Stocking Company

I absolutely love these stockings. I've bought them for years. They wash well, wear well, and stay up! My only wish is that they made a small/medium size I'm kind of between sizes. I wear both depending on the outfit
